I see them on TV commercials all the time, but how much would a high definition 27" inch hang on the wall tv cost? And how much cheaper would one be if it was only like 21" inches or whatever the next one under 27" is. It'd have to be able to hook up with stereo system, and have S video out, and all those goodies. Any ideas? :D

What seems to amaze me is that almost any 20 or 30 year old guy has a huge screen TV, even when they are still paying monthly payments for their cars.

    What is a 30" not big enough?:D

    True...

But I'm also splitting this with 4 other roommates, who will also cover a 1/3 of the total cost of the TV when we stop living together and I keep it.

'Whatever' is a word that belongs in the movie Clueless. I take high offense to the suggestion that I use it.

However, I am in the market for some of this stuff, so continue with the recommendations. What are some good websites for cheap electronics. I don't need the latest and greatest, I'll take last year's model.

    Haha.

    Different year, different roommate.

I'm living with my friends this year.

And Mooch - I'm keeping it because it was my idea to get a sweet setup in the first place.

Check out streetprices.com. Its basically a search engine that will find the cheapest price on electronics. Just type in the model you want and it will find it.
