it's not a clutchfans rule, it's only an INTERNET RULE! all caps is considered RUDE because caps means you are SCREAMING the point. and since capital letters are the same height one letter runs right into the next letter and it's hurtful on the eyes. that's your netiquette lesson for the day.

So juss cuz he sucks now doesn't mean I can not have him on my friggin screename. And if you have a problem with me criticizing Head in a thread that is about criticizing Head :) . Maybe you shouldn't read the thread.

    Very, very depressing...

The Rockets haven't had a solid draft until this past year. Thanks CD!

Theres no excuses to be given for -7 PER, EVER. Especially when your team NEEDS you.
If Janiero Pargo or Mike James went 1 for 17 they still have Chris Paul playing the brunt of minutes and it wouldnt look so bad. But if Paul goes down they MUST step up, not have the worst playoff performance for a role player possibly in history.

Agree Bobby Jackson's peformance was cause enough for the exit. But Hollinger didnt blame the exit on Head, just said his implosion was more damaging than Farmar's. Still we have to see how bad Head's performance really was

Bobby Jackson was 20 of 70.
If Head did his same thing but stretch out over 70 shots Head would have been
    4 for 70!

Thats not what is bothering me. Believe it or not he was GREAT his rookie year, he used to have all kinds of alley oops and dunks now he just shoots or turns it over. I used to like him a lot but wow luther.

Also anybody rmbr that time rafer and luther were about to fight and they escorted luther into the locker room? What happened?

To be fair to Head his play during the regular season is much, much better than his implosion during the playoffs. He actually did a credible job of filling in for T-Mac when McGrady went out with injuries. Head's performance during the game against GS where the Rockets finally beat them was outstanding.

The problem is that the Rockets are always out after one series, and the last two playoffs have been against Utah which plays hard, physical defense. Maybe in a scenario where Head could have gotten some extended playing time he might have been able to recover in a second series against somebody else.

our series always goes to 6-7 games. he should have AT LEAST one good game man. this has gone one for 2 series spanning from last year. there is no excuse for that. rafer alston recovered greatly in this series, which gives a lot of fans hope for next year as alston is improving. head actually gets worse and looks scared out there.

i look at head and vujacic and i shake my head. head is stronger, quicker, more athletic, and yet vujacic plays with a ton more confidence than he is. if we have had vujacic in our series, we prollie beat the jazz, even if alston misses 2 games.

Yeah i agree. T-mac never has any real help. Every year we think he and yao has enough help but our role players play well in the regular season and choke in the postseason. A few of our role players don't have heart. Some have no balls. Except for Landry, Battier and Scola ofcourse. But I think we're gettin closer and Morey is gonna pull something off this summer. prays*

Francis looked terrible when he did play. It wasn't just the injury. He's washed up.

The thing with Luther is that he's pretty young and wasnt injured like the other half of the team. I mean, if you're not 35+ years old and washed up, or injured, then you should either be playing solid basketball or be in the D-League.

i love rafer as a backup PG, as a starter he makes me want to shoot at my tv

luther head is not a starter or 2nd string, he's nba 3rd string at best

jordan farmar only shot well in the season cuz no one gives a damn about defending him when u got pau odom and kobe on the floor

    Ha

that was my very first thought aswell.

I guess we can expect to see him coming off the bench for 5mins a game next season.

although i'd really love a way to package him for (albeit only slightly) higher pick in the draft which promises plenty of depth.

Might be Head just isn't built for the pros mentally.

If he isn't dealt and we manage to get that 2/3 backup, I can't see his career going anywhere with the Rox.
