Highschoolers & Youngsters

    With the new CBA have a minor league and players in their first two years being NDBL eligable will the Rocekts now broaden their horizon and look at Highschoolers & Youngsters from overseas?

    These guys are projected as late first rounders:

    Ersan Ilyasova
    Andray Blatche
    Andrew Bynum
    Monta Ellis

    Blatche is interesting as he could be our future PF (KG light).

    I still think they will go with more proven/experienced player though but this CBA wrinkle has to have the Rockets rethinking the draft.

    I would only take Blatche out of that group. Ellis' stock has dropped like hell, he had one of the worst workouts:

    Another factor to be considered is the undrafted high schoolers. Many of them have true talent but just went for the brass ring too early. I wonder which potential players, if any, we may invite to summer league and/or camp and who will actually come.
