    Be her friend. If you really care about her then at least she'll be in your life. If you can't deal with being her friend then you'll lose her entirely.

    Be her friend and in time maybe something will develop. If not...you still have a friend that you really care for.

    You can't make her have feelings for you she doesn't have.
