Help! I.E. Problem

This problem just flat-out started on its own as far as I can tell.

I can't minimize my open IE browsers. When I do they close.

Also when i pull up another window, say OE, the IE browser window just closes automatically.

Anyone know how to remedy this?

 

I think I resolved it by shutting down and booting back up. These are damn complex machines.
