Once again looking at cutting back. Thinking what is a quick easy breakfast [I only get 30 minute breakfast break] I am looking at the Turkey Alternatives [sausage, bacon,] Just need some thing more . . . .beyond eggs Rocket River Trying to cut back on the bread too
Oatmeal with a scoop of protein powder. If you have time to cook.... Whole weat bagel with low fat cream cheese, egg fried in EVOO, turkey bacon. So good.
my breakfast typically consists of orange juice, a couple of kiwis, yogurt and some homemade granola. I'm actually not a big fan of the savory breakfast, though sometimes I'll be in the mood for a bagel.

I usually eat a bagel and peanut butter. Peanut butter is a good source of protein in the morning and whole wheat bagels have plenty of fiber.
Just bought these frozen Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches with whole grain muffin and turkey sausage. While it's not exactly healthy, it's got a 1/3 of the calories and 1/2 the fat from your regular breakfast sandwich.
they sell these muscle milk at la fitness and i wanted to buy one just to try it out, does it taste good and its good for u rite?! sorry for a dumb question
