I've been thinking about this. It may be obvious, but I'm curious of how people feel about our potential. In old school game show fashion, here's the deal.

Would you take us winning a championship this year and not having any more success on that level or take our chances with five full seasons and post seasons of guaranteed good health?

easy, 5 full seasons of health in reg. and post seas. of course, that would yield at least 2 rings.

It would be no fun to watch sports with a crystal ball. If for some reason I had supernatural powers to look in the future and see that we won the championship, watching the season wouldn't be as thrilling.

It would be great to have a sure thing, but there's also a chance we win the championship 5 years in a row in your other scenario. I'm not one for selling my soul to the devil so, as long as you don't say we only contend and definitely wont win a championship, I'd take the route that is more fun.

5 years from now I might regret this decision though :)

I doubt you need a poll. Most of the people here would choose the 5 years of health.

I think you mean in a row.

And yeah, I'd take the health for 5 years. There's almost on way we wouldn't win at least 1 ring in that time (assuming Artest comes back).

Actually the poll is more in favor of one title right now.

For the record, I've learned my lesson with polls. ;)

    Definitely take the championship.

Good health for 5 years doesn't guarantee a championship in my mind.
