Who has read them? I read the first one and am in the middle of the second. They're rather entertaining. HOw many are there? Those of you who have read them, did you enjoy them?

Look for Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, the 5th book of the series, due out this summer...

Does Harry age? Or will he always be a preadolescent. A few things in the first one didn't seem to jive, but entertaining nonetheless.

    Which one is y'alls favorite?

He ages one year in each book, they correspond to his years at Hogwarts.

    I love them!!!

I have read the first three. I'm waiting for the fourth to arrive on paperback (or maybe it already has by now.....?).

I read the first three one after the other - entertaining and very simple. I got a bit "Harry Pottered" out so I am taking a break before reading the 4th one.

I am really looking forward to the movie - hope its not too disappointing.

I read the first one to see what the fuss was about. It didn't motivate me enough to read the second.

I read them all summer of 2001, and I thought they were all fantastic. :)

Interesting, cause the story becomes less and less a children's book as the series goes on...

But they get better and better!

    :)

I can't believe y'all read this satanic drivel. It portrays witches as everyday people that can be good or bad. The biggest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing people he didn't exist.

Also, the Prisoner of Azkaban or whatever ruled(Lost the spellign Bee for a reason)! My Faith is too strong to be swayed by these near harmless books.
