I have a ton of leftover ham. Does anyone have any good ham recipes? I had a couple of ham & cheese sandwiches for dinner and made a big pot of jambalaya this evening, but that only got rid of half of it. I need to make something that I can put in the fridge and eat periodically over the next few days. Also, my ingredients are fairly limited, so simple recipes would be the most useful to me. Help me with my ham dilemma!

Oooooh... good idea. I'd need to make it with thighs and cheddar cheese though, so I don't know how good it would turn out. I wonder...

BTW, something my mother does to leftover ham is fry it in the frying pan. Makes it FANTASTIC. I don't care much for Ham on the whole, but when she fries it like that, it's GREAT!
