It seems to me that everytime I watch a game Hakeem has a good first quarter than it slows down from there. It doesn't seem to be his fault, they just don't go to him much anymore. Does anyone know his stats in the first quarter. His game averages are 10pts and 6rbs, but I think his first quarter averages are about 5pts and 3rbs. It seems like he always has close to his averages at half and then they don't get him involved in the second half. When I look at first half stats Hakeem a lot of times will be 4-6 shooting, and then after the game he will be 4-8 total. He needs to get more touches in the second half and Cat needs less crazy jumpers and isos. In playoff time if we get there, we will need more from the inside game, the isolations won't work in the big games down the line.
