Hakeem the DVD???

Bought this--along with the "25 Years of Champions" NBA DVD set--last week. It's basically every commemorative video for each championship team from 1979 until last year's Pistons squad.

Includes "Clutch City" and "Double Clutch," of course.

 

i bought this like a week ago at best buy for like $10. i've been busy so i haven't seen it yet, but i'll eventually watch it.

 

i've made an xvid of this video for r2k cuz i dont know how to make torrents whenever he gets some free time he said he'd try to make a torrent out of it if people wanted it.

 

I picked this up last week and have watched it probably four times since. It's great.

My only complaints are the fact that it's not even an hour long and ends after the first championship/MVP season with no mention of '95. But of course, it was put together before that happened, so I reckon it's forgiveable.

 

I would love to get that from him!

 

Wonder why it took the NBA so long to put out all these on DVD

 

As stated its their "Classic" Series, its the exact duplicate of the VHS version that came out 10 years ago, before the second championship, hence why there is no mention of the second championship and Drexler being traded. Although, at the end of the credits, u can see a highlight of Hakeem with Drexler running in the background.

I was hoping they added more, such as maybe a top 10 favorite plays or something. Maybe a more updated one to include his career including the Raptors, but looks like its just a VHS-DVD transfer of the old one

 

I have the dvd.

If anyone has TheReasonSF3's Dream Mix. Dont bother buying the hakeem dvd. The mix is just all the highlights of the dvd set to music.

 

Which Disc has those 2? I want to rent it off my Blockbuster Online account but just want to view the Disc with the Rockets vids.
