    We have all had the pleasure of watch Hakeem and Yao play. Live or on tape. So I curious fellow BBSers. If the Rockets had the #1 pick in this year or draft and both Hakeem and Yao were both on the board (of course each player 21 years old and right out of college), on talent alone who would you pick with the #1.

    I like both, but I think Ha Seung-jin should go #1. He's the combination of Yao's size and Hakeem's quickness...

    well its the first time i've heard and its ridiculous. Hakeems speed, jumping ability, and overall raw talent were way ahead of Yao when he was drafted.

    dude, when hakeem came in the league, we went to the finals the very next year, when yao came in the league people were so skeptical that they were willing to kiss "asses" if he dropped 20...... no offense to yao though, i love him, but this is a dumb topic
