I saw the P90x thread, I'm coming up to the end of my 90 days and completing the program (great results) however I want to do another short program before I do Round 2 of p90x to just switch things up. I'm not a fan of Insanity so please no-one post about it I think that program sucks. Thus I ask, has anyone tried George Saint Pierre's 'Rushfit' system? http://www.gsprushfit.com/ I watched the two videos, one of GSP working out to max reps and the other was the intro video and it looks promising, also it is only 8 weeks which is a ideal amount of time before I want to do another round of p90x. Anyone?
I don't know anything about it, but GSP is the ultimate athlete so if he really does it I'd give it a run.
Yeah sorry everyone I just saw that this just got released last month in December so it'd be impossible for any of you to have gone through this program. Anyways by chance did anyone pick this up and try it out last month, hows it going do you recommend it? and yeah yank thats why I'm highly optimistic about this program with it having GSP in it and doing it, his fitness is insane.
