    From NBA.com

WASHINGTON, D.C., Aug. 22 — The Washington Wizards have acquired Dennis Scott, Cherokee Parks, Obinna Ekezie, and Felipe Lopez from the Vancouver Grizzlies in exchange for center Ike Austin, the team announced today.

"This transaction will be a good deal for everyone involved," said President of Basketball Operations Michael Jordan. "We are acquiring three quality young players with a proven veteran scorer and Ike Austin will get a new start in Vancouver."

heh, I didn't know Parks was a quality young player.

What happened to Ike? I feel bad for him. He played so good in Miami.

Ike and Big Country vs. Cato and Dream. I like our chances

    what about the PF matchup?

I think the edge goes to Houston. Swift is good, but he doesn't have the fire like Croshere.

Poor Grizzlies: why they need another underachiever center, when they allready got one

You mean the dumbest owner g.m. in the league Jordan is making moves. Jordan has to understand the NBA can not cheat for him with the salary cap like they did in the actual games he played.

Maybe 2 underachievers makes one achiever??

Well if they've got half an overachiever then they're definitely contenders for the Western Conference title [IMG]

Looks like a move to clear up money for the wizards in the future...does it?
