I am trying to find out if my wife's company is tracking her by the gps capabilities on her phone. Is it legal to track employees this way? Is there a way to tell on the phone if they are tracking the information all the time. It is a blackberry curve 9330. Any information provided would be greatly appreciated.
It's their phone, and their time (assuming) so I'm guessing it is both legal and possible, and I'm guessing you wouldn't know if they were. What's she doing wrong that you're so concerned? One way to find out, turn GPS off on the phone and see if they flinch.
