Sony Nav-u U94t 4.8" screen, and isn't too bad. I had a Navigon 2200 max before it till my dogs ate it. Got the Sony for $149 or something like that a couple of months ago. The Sony has Traffic updates (but u have to pay), and split screen navigation to make it easier to understand how/where to turn off the road. Also, it has blue tooth so you can make and receive calls handsfree with your cellphone. I use Garmin. You can get it in stand alone unit, or installed in your phone (if compatible) Cool features: 1. Voice prompted real-time turn by turn navigation 2. 3d map display 3. Re-routing on-the-fly (that is, if you miss the turn or exit, it knows and will re-calculate and re-route, so it's very hard to get lost). 4. Pre-loaded directory of businesses,locations of interest,restaurants,etc. 5. Pre-loaded maps (you don't have to be connected to internet to navigate). It basically has the features of a standalone Garmin GPS unit, with the portability of having it on your phone.
