I'm taking a DC Circuits course and have a project due a little before the end of the semester. The rules are that the project can't cost anymore than $30. One suggestion my teacher gave was assembling a speaker and explaining the mechanics of it all. I don't want to use that and be more creative but I'm in a funk coming up with something. This is more of an introductory course so the project doesn't need to be too advanced.

Do you guys have any suggestions? I was thinking of building a car similar to those little kid cars with a remote control to maneuver it around. I think this will be too expensive and possibly too advanced for me at this stage.
