True, may the best team win. Dallas beat us, I wouldn't root for them, but there is no reason for me to root for Suns as well. Yes, they play some exciting runing and gunning ball, so it Dallas. I am just going to enjoy the games. The Rockets series already exhausted all my passions. I won't sweat a bit for the Suns.

Sensational game to watch. The 2 series played tonight just got a lot more interesting.

I think that Dallas' depth will win this series.

    Too bad.

So is Dirk clutch or not?

Also, whatever he did with Dampier worked, apparently.

With Joe Johnson unfortunately hurt and out of Game 3, I think Dallas can win more than one game in this series. Finley guarded Amare for a few minutes last night, and did a decent job. Who knew!

I hate it when they let a guard get away with murder in the post against the big man. It happens to Yao even though it's not a guard but a smaller person. They were letting finley get away with a lot on Amare. As much as I don't like amare these refs should see that the smaller person is just constantly pushing and shoving and grabbing the post player.

Joe Johnson is a big loss to Phoenix. They should be able to get by w/o him but they will miss his skills.

Dn'D finally get their act together, though I wish they hadn't cuz I'll take the lesser of two evils btw phoenix and dallas. Both should challenge the spurs though.

Anyone see when Doug Collins was talking about the 4 styles of coaching? I nearly laughed my ass off. He was talking about Del Harris but here they are

    *Conversation

    *Teaching

    *Reprimanding

    and Avery's favorite

    *GO CRAZY!!

    :D :D

Anyone else see this and chuckle?

Joe Johnson may be gone for the series. He is a key cog in the Suns' machine. Quentin Richardson better finally step it up or the Suns will lose if Dallas plays well.

One thing Dallas was doing last night is to put a bigger defender on Nash, Daniels or Howard. This really wears Nash out. They couldn't do that earlier because neither Daniels or Howard handles the ball well, so when they are on Nash, they still need a point guard (usually Terry) in the game and he has to guard Joe Johnson. Johnson is just too strong for any of the Dallas point guards to handle.

I wonder who would be the starting guards for the Suns on Friday. Nash Barbosa? Or Nash Q with Jackson as the starting SF? Can Jackson run for 40 minutes?

This could prove to be a rallying point for the Suns. You would think that a guy like Amare would take this as fuel to go out and ravage the Mavs in Dallas.

After watching the first 2 games of this series, I am more convinced than ever that the Rockets are in the same league with both of these teams and if they had been together the entire season, we would have had a legitimate chance of beating Dallas for the 4th seed, having game 7 at our place and we would be playing the Suns right now. Even with all our old players, and not coming together til almost midseason, we still gave the Mavs all they wanted, and we really should have won the series, if not for critical bad calls by the officials in those games.

I don't see how Phoenix and Dallas are going to be able to imrprove very much going forward. But I see great potential for us to improve from where we are right now.

Phoenix has to worry about resigning JJ and they have nobody that can defend Yao. They aren't going to find anybody to defend Yao either because they can't get Shaq. We played both those teams to a standstill this season even with all their high powered stars and high octane offense. Just imagine what we will do next season when we add a boatload of quickness, rebounding, and defense to what we already have.

The future's so bright, I gotta wear  .

Pick your poision- The old, hated one, or the new, hated one.

Can I root against both? Is there any way for them both to lose? Massive brawl resulting in a year-long ban for both team rosters?

    Blah.

As much as I don't like Dallas, I really don't want the Suns to go to the finals. I'd rather see San Antonio go and lose to the Heat. I don't want the Spurs getting their 3rd championship ring and being able to scoreboard the Rockets.

I think that the Pistons will go to the finals again. Shaq is getting old and Miami cannot go that far with an aging and ailing Shaq.

I hate the Suns a lot more then the mavs before the playoffs this season, but now I hate the mavs the same as the suns if not more. I hope they kill each other in round two, and then the winner get sweep in the next round by the spurs. :D

i'm sorry, but I have to laugh.... every time I see this thread and its title, I don't think "go suns". I think "goo suns" with a g[IMG] and not g[IMG]. It makes me think that you want us to pour a bunch of goo on them.
