First vacation I've had in awhile and I'll be in Panama from November 16 until December 2. Granted, it's the rainy season there, but I think there are only four months of non-rainy season in Panama anyway. I'm going to study in a Spanish language school, stay with a Panamanian family, etc., trying to really learn the language, (I have a pretty good grounding in Spanish already), and use my free time for the vacation thing. If anyone has been there and can tell me places to go in Panama City (the Canal, Amador Causeway), whatever, do's and don't's, I'd appreciate it.
Never been, but my parents bought some land out there. I think to build a condo or something. Maybe their retirement home.
Dude Panama is becoming the next South Beach. Everyone and thier dog is moving and retiring there including Uprising's parents. Its beautiful and the prices are beginning to soar. Still cheaper than Miami though.
