The Rockets hopefully will get a few unexpected wins as well, to make up for this. I think they have a great shot at beating the Jazz. I know that these Rockets have a particular dislike for Utah (much like Rocket fans), and will play extra-hard. I also guarantee they will beat Phoenix and Dallas. The way I see it we have our work cut out for us after this Minn win. The Clipps have nothing to lose and are playing like it...the Sonics think that they are still in it and teams like Utah are fighting for the top spot in the division. More importantly can we Really count on Portland.....I didn't think so ------------------

I've been living in Minnesota for almost 10 years (don't worry, I root against the Wolves). Garnett has been referred to as the "Franchise" since at least the last 4 years. I think the "Franchise" moniker came about after he signed that 126 million dollar contract, referring to the fact that since they're paying him so much money, they have nothing left to pay for anybody else around him. Thus, he is The Franchise. I do think Franchise works better as a nickname for Steve, though. ------------------
