    If he had rebounded at all, rather than being turned into Ms. Warrick by KU's big men, that blocked shot wouldn't have been needed to begin with.

    1 play in the course of 40 mins from a so-called lottery pick isn't much to hype about.

    Kansas and Texas were much better rebounding teams than Syracuse though only Kansas seemed to take full advantage. There was no reason guys like Collison, Graves and Thomas should have been able to get every rebound they wanted because Syracuse didn't have guys both strong and quick enough to match-up.

    In sum it was no accident Cuse got killed on the boards. Also, both Texas and Kansas shot over 40% against them. It was Cuse offense that saved them--not the zone, as giving up more boards along with mid-low 40% shooting is normally a combination that doesn't lead to success in the final 4.
