Does it seem like the team has a newfound committment this offseason? I think every player has a new attitude. I've read about how moochie, taylor, rice and Kenny have all shed up to 30 lbs each this offseason and have renewed atttitdues from last year where moochie didin't even go to training camp and play 35 lbs overwright, kenny was bigger, and rice was so not into playing and overweight as well. Cato has been working in the offseason which has been a change from the previous years... So is this newfound attitude shown by the players a good sign of things to come? I really think it is, and with Yao's rigorous work ethic and steve i think that this team is really gonna come together this year and show the nba what the future is.

In addition to the poundage lost, we have two solid players returning, three new players, two of which should contribute and an improving nucleus. Plus we consider that we should win more of those close games than we lost last year. Collectively, the glasses are not rose-colored afterall.

The Most important weight lost this offseason is Damn Lanky.

Think about it; we haven't been to the playoffs since we drafted him.
