Has anyone notice the gas prices going back up? I few weeks ago I was able to get gas for $2.39 a gallon. Now it's back up around $2.63 a gallon. Normally around this time of year we start to see the prices go down.

Oil is above $80. If the economy improves... it's going higher.

I'd rather have the gas prices go up, than unemployment rate to go up in Houston...

    This.

Oil has seen a steady rise over the last few months and if the economy ever shows signs of improvement, you might see it much higher.

The dollar is super low right now, if it goes back up gas will go back down. investors are putting their money in commodities because of the dollar driving up commodity prices

that being said its interesting, natural gas was at a 52 week low last week, it seems to have a mind of its own

No major hurricanes and a forecast for a mild weather makes for a bearish environment.

I'm curious as to how much inflation and a strong economy will spur natural gas prices. My guess is not that much.

I'm happy as long as it doesn't creep over 3 bucks again.... 2.50-3.00 I think would is just high enough to keep people conscientious of their driving habits but not so high that it hurts.
