Good god... and Castle Crashers for PS3 is finally here (err, almost... 31st of this month). That's a full 2 years after the 360 got it. I have to hope there's some new content, otherwise I can't imagine what took them so long. Anyway, anyone who never got a chance to play it before should definitely pick it up. Castle Crashers was my favorite 360 exclusive...
Don't forget the lead dude for this game is in Persona 3 Portable, so it's the same world. But anyways jeez they really put in the adult contents in this....I guess they got fed up with not being able to add that kind of stuff in the Persona series.
I'm actually kind of curious how much more "adult" it can get...considering you have stuff like this in their games: http://megamitensei.wikia.com/wiki/Mara (uh...sort of NSFW? A penis monster riding a chariot) Speaking of "adult" games, how about some updates for The Witcher 2? Here's a presentation video from the event (4 parts). This is the Witcher, so expect female nudity in the videos (in other words, NSFW): http://www.gamersyde.com/news_9826_en.html Pretty nice. The game I mean. NeoGAF thread has some good info about the game in this thread (mostly all in the OP): http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?t=404529 I like the ~700 load screens in Witcher 1, compared to ~4 in the sequel. Graphics looks nice too.
I really hope that Mass Effect 2 coming out on PS3 doesn't mean that decisions and relationships from ME1 are marginalized in ME3 because PS3 users don't have those options.
They'll probably just setup a "default" path, similar to ME2. Not like everyone that plays ME3 will have played the first two, so this will just be an extension of that I imagine. Unless they want to force gamers to play those games before playing the sequel...but not like any developer would actually do that. Though going by ME2, not sure the decisions would even matter much anyway. Going by the details from that NeoGAF thread, seems likely. The engine runs on both consoles, and they are considering it. Just no firm plans, and for now, they just want to focus on the PC version. Sounds good I guess. Don't want another Dragon Age situation where they focus on a console version, when the PC version sells the most. On a related note to Mass Effect, The Witcher 2 will actually have 3 different openings depending on the actions taken in the original. I think I read somewhere that you can just answer some questions at the beginning of the game in case you didn't play the original (or no longer had a save file). Which is how the console versions would work I guess. They actually were working on porting the original to consoles, but it ended up getting cancelled.
