Dell Defining Moment... the Edmunds defensive play?

It was a great catch, but guys, the 'stros are ahead, doncha think an Astro deserves the recognition (eg Burke)?

Uhh... I think Thom was smoking whatever Brenely normally does. Wagner wants 3 years 27 million... and he wants to be the closer.

No way he's coming back to Houston unless he's happy to be the situational lefty.

I'm really losing faith in you guys... but the moment has already passed, so right now it would be a little cache.

    it's Lights out time. there.

and damn he is sick against the cards. i knew he owned them but 4 hits in 79 AB? omg. and i agree, lidge was the most unhittable pitcher i have ever seen in last year's nlcs. the 3 innings he pitched before miceli gave up the homer in game 6 might've been the most dominant 3 innings i've ever seen. it was an effortless breeze through a devastating cardinals lineup.

and that 8th was perfect. little stress, and now the bottom of the order.

I'd go with Burke's RBI to extend the lead...or better yet Oswalt getting the strikeout on Edmonds in the 6th. That was huge.

Its great to see Lidge get a save but I still would like to see the Stros tack on another run.

They can score a hundred runs... and if Lidge pitches the bottom of the 9th, he'll STILL get the save (per the MLB rules).
