Tell him there wasn't any tickets, sell them to you and hope he doesn't find out. He's a big guy, I'm not taking that chance.
I got 4 for my friends today. Section 410 and 408, 75 each....not bad. Seemed like there were a lot available still. I am sure they will go somewhat fast this afternoon/tmrw.
I think the Rockets learned from their past mistakes of the last pre-sale. I had emailed and suggested them to reduce the 8 ticket limit to possibly 4. When they were allowing 8, a lot of the season ticket holders were just putting them on Flashseats and making money. Not everybody can afford season tickets, but most of us support the Rockets the best we can.
Alright insiders...Emails are going out very soon...You should be receiving them within the hour. Game 6 tickets presale for you guys will be at 10 am on Tuesday with a 4 ticket limit. That will give you 2 hours before the public on sale. You will be able to buy Game 6 tickets immediately (now that season ticket holders and package holders have had an opportunity) by placing a deposit on a 2009-10 mini plan. Simply call 713-627-DUNK for more info.
I'm assuming these tickets are going to be going for the same rates as last time ($55 for the cheapest)?
The schedule is not out. A deposit would be to any mini plan for next year. Come August/September you would be able to choose a mini plan once they are created and your deposit would be applied to that mini plan. 713-627-DUNK would have more information.
Got my Insiders email. Presale tomorrow at 10:30 (<-- tries to pull a Costanza) but really it's at 10:00
Depends on which sections of the lower bowl you are talking about. Center court sections will go for more then endzone or corner sections.
The prices are the same as all the other games. $55 is the cheapest face value, and they go up from there. $75 for upper corner, etc.
I like the 14-game weekday plan most. Games through out the season. I can go to the game after work with friends. Easy free street parking after 6PM. Half the games against good teams. And best of all , to have the priority to purchase playoff tickets.
