Haha, I know it's been a bit ridiculous. My apologies. However, I can say that if this thread weren't here I don't think I would have even noticed Rock Band enough to want it and I sure as hell wouldn't have ended up buying a 360.
I played at a friend's house last week. Guitar Hero's way better than the guitar portions of Rock Band, but that's expected. The drums were so awesome though. I'm saving up to get a 360 anyway, so might as well put up a few extra dollars to get Rock Band too. Money never seems to stay in my pocket.
What get me is that I'll be getting 98-99% on songs and then its like the drums dont register a bunch of my hits on the next one. I'm on my second set of drums so I doubt it's faulty equipment but it's so damn frustrating.
Having a get-together tonight for roughly 10 of my friends and this is gonig to be the centerpiece of the evening (along with beer that is). We're going to try to get The Fighting Mongooses into the Hall of Fame. Also, as addicted as I am to the game, at least I'm not crazy enough to buy a kit to give me a light and smoke show for the game. Good lord people.
I picked up the game last night for the 360 gonna start playing it up tonight. I only have one headset (the one that came with my 360) is there any tips on the setup for a rockband noob for the 360? I also purchased a "bass" guitar as well. I've already assembled everything but not sure what the purpose of the headseat clips/jacks are for. thanks in advance...cant wait to start jamming with friends tonight. and me butchering songs through the mic
I finally broke down and ordered this game off of Amazon yesterday... Dont want my guy friends to think I only come to their houses to play Rock Band, lol. Is the rumor true that if I already have the Wireless Les Paul Guitar Hero III guitar that it will work as a 2nd guitar for Rock Band (for the 360)? God, that would be sweet... Thanks. Rock on!
I just got this game from my gf for my birthday this weekend. i'm hooked i suck at singing i suck at the drums I rock out with my **** out on the axe...
yeah me too I read about it and saw that live forever and wonderwall were two of the songs that were on it and I had to go out and get me some xbox points to download those on tuesday.
My friends has a wireless guitar that he can use for both Guitar Hero and Rock Band, so I assume you can use that guitar. Oh yeah, I feel like Travis Barker on the drums! Trying to advance from medium to hard. The drums are freaking addicting

Does anyone know when/where I can buy a second guitar for the PS3 Rock Band? I can't find one anywhere - nor can I find a date as to when they'll be commercially available - if they aren't yet. Thanks!
i've never bought anything with points, is it better to buy some at target or can you just purchase this pack with a credit card on xbox live? wonderwall seems like it'd be pretty boring on the guitar, though great for vocalists. they should have gone with supersonic there.
I might have bought that Oasis pack had they included Champagne Supernova in there. I have heard that Interstate Love Song is a blast to play in the game. I have downloaded it but haven't had a chance to play it yet.
