I am starting to think that we are being used as pawns in a game of chess. Maybe the organization is using this site to release false information. OP believes one thing, Doc believes something else, Troy yet another and the rest of the sheep just basically crash the server after one of their posts. I remember a time when the members were more important than protecting the "source". I know, I know, we do not want to throw a monkey wrench in any potential trades. Nevermind, I do not know. I really do not know who is telling the truth. Times change and apparently this site does too. I just hope those with the so-called inside scoop have better things to do than just use the rest of us to get some cheap thrills.
I don't think that the guys who may have some inside information really know what is going to happen yet. The reason why I say this is because the Rockets are a secretive organization who really don't want to let anyone know what they are going to do. In my very humble opinion I don't think they have made their decision what to do with the 1st pick yet because they have to work out everything with the Chinese authorities before they can get Ming or not if he is indeed the player that they want. I'm sure that they are still looking at all possible trade scenarios which will become clearer around draft day. I also want to make it clear that I don't claim to have any inside information at all,and these are all guesses,but I honestly feel that every Rocket fan on the Clutch BBS wants the best for our team and that nobody is trying to get cheap thrills out of us.
I like to take the approach that "what will be will be". Just wait... it's not as if you can do anything about it. One month till the draft... a little less than 2 months till the Rocky Mountain Revue. Can't wait... woo hoo!
I hadn't read this before I posed in the "Here it is…" thread, so I've been thinking along the same lines. The info may come from different levels. Some of it might be disinformation. We won't know for sure until the draft happens, but until then enjoy the ride … take a break from it … hop back on … and repeat as desired.
