Tonight at the Rockets game I did my usual filling out 100 ballots like I always do to get my free t-shirt! Anyhow Tonight upon returning the 200 I did the last game the woman handling the ballots refused to accept mine saying the holes were not big enough for her to see through I was like wtf? Then the lady proceeds to question my ballots that I did not have exactly 100 and she hands me 25 stating I was 25 short. Anyhow I took her word for it and went to my seat and filled out 25 more ballots along with poking the holes bigger in the ballots. When I finished I recounted the ballots to make sure and low and behold the stupid lady gave me 25 too many meaning I had 200 beforehand. I then returned back to the counter where the ballot people were and the lady absolutely refused to give me my shirts stating the ballots not punched in big enough. I then commented to her did she even know how to count because she gave me 25 too many so likely she got an attitude so i fixed her. I immediately went to the customer service booth and got the manager of her dept. I took her to the booth and explained to the woman that when you punch these ballots and stack them over each other the holes fill or fold back she agreed I then ask the lady who was being a royal B ch could I see some ballots of some others she had accepted and given them their shirts. She handed me some and What do you know exactly like mine. Needless to say I made the women hand me the t-shirts and apologize to me for missing the third quarter for her rudeness and lack of responsibility. I got the last laugh and she got questioned by her manager. plus the manager gave me 2 extra T's! Thats customer service! ANYBODY WANT MY LORD OF THE RINGS POSTER? "NOT"!
