I was bored, so I decided to google my name (Sean Friedrich) and the wierd thing is that there is apparently a character on a UPN series (Mars Investigates) with my name. That's such an odd coincidence. Should I sue? :p

Also, there is a Canadian Tennis player with the name.

Google your name and see if what comes up. Anyone out there actually find themselves?(I bet more than a few people do)

Using my first and last name I get 664,000 results. Using my full name still gets me 102,000 results. Apparently I'm not very special...

    I get:

Links to my sports web site
Links to my company's web site
Links to a sports writers association that i am involved in
Links to message boards that I used 8 years ago in a college class at UT
Links to articles I had published by the Sporting News
Links to my work at ESPN.com
Links to my work at Lindy's
Links to my work at football.com
Links to my marathon finishing times over the years.

My name is so unique, that there are only 373 returns from Google, and almost all of them are referencing me personally.

    How cool is that?

There's a doctor in Minnesota with the same name as me. We've corresponded a couple of times. :)

I play on the Stanford Mens Ultimate Team. My defining characteristic is hard and tireless defense.

Also, and I'm quite proud of this one, I am the winner of the prestigious "Most Valuable Commuter" award for September 2003 given out by the Spokane County Commute Trip Reduction Club.

I'm also a writing and literature professor at Eastern Washington University.

Actually the 2nd entry was my site at JazzHouston dot com that I don't remember setting up. It must have been about 6 years ago. Weird that it's the 2nd result.

I almost had a heart attack.

I googled my name (Chris Stilwell) and the first hit was on a website called www.allaboutjazz.com

For a sec, I was afraid it was about a certain basketball team in Utah. But alas, it was about the music.

    Whew

Man, we have the same who-am-i syndrom, :)

I once used my name (in Chinese) to search in google and found an executive of a big company, a drug dealer, and quite a few salesmen.

But the most interesting one is a guy who was shot dead in a street battle in late 60s during Cultural Revolution in China. It happened on the campus of a well-known university in Beijing. A couple of year later, I was born and 17 years after, I went to the same college. It's a weird feeling I tell you, especially it's the no. 1 hit in google.

Guess what, I was born in Chad!!! Small world huh. In Africa we spelled it with a Tchad. I guess that is the French spelling but oh well. It was great growing up there, wouldn't trade the experience for anything.

There's an NFL player with my name but his is spelled with "J" rather than "G" and it's his last name not first. Peace.
