I guess we need to determine a couple
    of things for the future.

WHO DO WE WANT IN THE LOW POST?
    [Our main Low Post Threat]
    the SF, PF or C

I think we only need one.

If the we choose to not have th PF
in the low post . . .Then Kenny is
    IDEAL

I say only one Low Post threat because
We don't wanna Clogg the middle.

I think Kenny's Range pulls the Shot Blocks
out a little further for out. so Our Guards
    have room to work.
Guys like Laimbeer and Perkins just kill other
teams because the big man tried to defend the
basket but leaves the 3 open. [That is why
I like KT as a PF moving garnett, duncan,
weber, etc from the basket is a good thing
    for this new team]

I think you bring up a good point RR. Kenny's range works really well with Francis/Anderson/Mobley. We don't need too many guys clogging up the lane.

the solution with San Antonio is simple....if Bullard goes outside, he's picked up out there and Dunkin' Duncan stays in. In the first game of the last pair, I don't think Rudy anticipated that move by Poppyseed.

Cato is not a low post threat. He has a very limited arsenal of moves. Cato plays his role well, which is blocks, rebounds, and finishing when our guards break down the "D."

Dermarr Johnson is also not suited (yet) to be a low post threat. His game is tailored to slashing and beating his man off the dribble. He has some size, but lacks strength and as it stands now, doesn't play with his back to the basket much.

Now Kenyon is a different story. He definitely is going to be a force in the league on the blocks. He is also a ferocious leaper, rebounder, and shot blocker. He has also displayed some range from about 18 and in.

    Francis3,
I was talking about position . . not
    Players per se.

IF NO TRADES and a Good Draft Pick
[Say KENYON] How does our starting line up
    look for next year

    PG SG SF PF C
    Francis Andersen ??walt?? KENYON Hakeem

    No Bad
    Bench -
    Drew Mobley Los/Kt/bul Kt/Los Cato/Pig

    massenberg is gone
    Gray will be gone?
    norris will be gone?

I would like to Try 'Los as Starting SF
but then we have little range. Starting KT
at sf give you some athleticism and range but he doesn't have the legnth to make up for his lack of speed.

Something will have to be done here. . . Walt nor Bull figure into the future as far as I'm concerned.

    Rocket Rive
maybe jordon will give us Rip Hamilton
