I loved how he told to Stephen A Smith that he wants us to fly under the radar, and actions like this make me believe him

Dwight has completely won me over. I had many questions regarding his maturity and dedication, no longer.

Enjoy this for as long as it lasts Rockets fans, we are relevant again, obviously in large part to Dwight.

Man, are we lucky to have Dwight Howard? I am really to have him on our team.

Convington was in the gym doing shooting drills with him also, someone can post the video from rockets IG.

    Howard interview today said
"i feel that Covington can help team now, he has great shot & is a good defender has size and length, I tell Covington all the time just be patient and keep working."

5th in the NBA and no one mentions us when talking about the title, I think he is getting what he wants.

Judging by the photo, Dwight is just working on his shoulders again. Need to focus on the core instead. Shoulders don't win championships.

I wish there was some video or photos of his lower body work outs, if any. I'm afraid he's not doing much to gain more strength/mass in his lower half. Perhaps the team feels he'll lose quickness, but i think Blake Griffin is a perfect example of how you can have both. Dwight still has some trouble on the block and it's because he can't keep his position or back guys down without bumping them with his shoulder.

He's doing some lower body here:

    <iframe src="//instagram.com/p/kYrd9VKixJ/embed/" width="612" height="710" frameborder="0" scrolling="no" allowtransparency="true"></iframe>

So he obviously works out his legs. But we don't know how much. We don't know how much he works his upper body, either. We don't know anything about his workouts. I'm sure the trainers know what they are doing.

Dwight is undoubtedly the best player and leader on this team. I know he can be a clown but he has convinced me as the season has gone on that he is serious and can be the center piece of a championship team. Also, Covington needs to replace Garcia in the rotation.

I was referring to last night's workout. I know they obviously don't post videos of every single little thing he does, that goes without saying. However, i don't think it's a coincidence the videos and story only talk about upper body work. Just by looking at him, you can tell there's a difference in one half versus the other. I also think it's obvious he does work out his lower half, but the question is , in what way? The video you posted isn't hypertrophy work, which is what i was referring to.

Also, I didn't say his trainers didn't know what they were doing. They could simply be working him out to reach the goals the coaching staff set out for him. We don't know how that relationship works or how much freedom the training team is given.

Dwight is by far the best player on this team. It's great to see your leader posting this workout session online for all of his teammates to see. Dwight has every excuse in the world to not be working out as it is all-star weekend. But look where the cap is at! In the gym!
