So I was shopping for a new car which one's me, a cool convertible or an SUV. Too bad I didn't know my credit was wack so now I'm driving off the lot in a used sub-compact. So now instead of looking fly and rolling fat, my legs are sticking to the vinyl and my posse's getting laughed at.
I tried to get it at annualcreditscore.com but towards the end, to verify that it was me,it asked me couple question. It said I had a mortgage loan, then gave me multiple choices to select where my loan is from, BUT I DONT HAVE A LOAN. It had my bank on there, Chase, but I dont have a loan, so i selected NONE of the above. Therefor it said, we couldnt verify it was you so contact us. blah blah blah I hope my identity isnt stolen, I really doubt it. Maybe the loan it was talkin about was just my bank???
That site should offer you to other places to get your report from as well, Experian and Equifax. Try those.
I pay for mine once a year at myfico.com. It's like $15, and comes with a very nice report that is well worth it in my opinion.
Just checked mine. Lots of requests for my info in the "Viewed Only By You" section. No negatives on the report.
