Steve Francis was great but not the best. Franchise put up solid numbers: 20 points, 3 rebounds, and 3 assists. But that didn't beat our Wally Szczerbiak, who put even better numbers. Together the duo led the Sophomores to nice win over the Frosh.

Frosh is a nickname for freshmen.

You know what? I totally disagree. As much as I love Franchise, I think that HE was the ballhog. I didn't get the impression that Wally was selfish at all.

I disagree, they were all ballhogs. The Sophmores were just screwing around having a good time, everybody got their chance to go one-on-one. Except that Wally was always shooting threes whereas players like Francis, Brand and Odom drove to the basket more. Until the game got close that is, and then the Sophs clamped down and spanked the rooks.

    Aren't you a freshmen R'Us?

Frosh means Freshman and is a common term in high school.

Yeah your right. Steve was a major ball hog. Thats why after he received a pass from one of the rookies by mistake he passed up some major showtime for himself and passed the ball back for someone else. As I recall their was nothing between him and the goal but air and opertunity and he passed up the shot. Francis is a real ball hog.

The best part was when Francis wrapped the ball around El Amin's head.

The wrap around the head thing Francis did is an old D.C. playground move. I don't think it had ever been done at the NBA level.

It was spectacular none the less.

except that it resulted in him losing control of the ball.

Seemed like El-Amin played some tough defense at times on Francis, making it his goal to stop Steve from scoring. I didn't see any other players from either team that were that aggressive from the defensive end of the court.

Did you see when Baron Davis made El Amin fall with his crossover? That was amazing.
