my point was just that i'm not sure your statement is true. i think on average, the ones are pretty weak in this league. maybe i'm wrong, never gave to much thought to it, but i would like to hear why you think so.
No way, the ones are weak? Dude, Center has been the weakest position in the NBA for about the last 25 years. . There is no comparison, really.

You must be joking. SG and PF are the hardest positions to guard because that is where there are the most good players. Kobe, T-Mac, Iverson, Allen, Finley, Pierce, Redd, Carter, Richardson, Hamilton, Sprewell, Jones, Rose, at SG. Duncan, Garnett, Nowitzki, Brand, Randolph, O'Neal, Gasol, Abdur-Rahim, Wallace, Matin, Odom, Kirilenko, Boozer, Walker, and Jamison at PF.
Point guards are the best ball handlers on the team. When I say defend, I mean keep in front of you. The very definition of the position makes this so. Nash Cassell Williams Bibby and Jackson Payton Stoudemire etc. are all good ball handlers.
PF is the toughest. PG is no slouch with Francis, Davis, Bibby, Nash, Marbury, Kidd, Parker, Williams, Payton, Cassell, Miller, plus lesser lights who can score, like Billups, Hudson, Stoudamire, Wade (if you call him a PG), Arenas, Terry, Hinrich. I would rank them in terms of overall depth like this: 1. PF 2.(T) PG/SG 4. SF (difficult to rank b/c of the SG "Swingman" factor) 5. C
