One of the reasons I got Cable was because all the Rockets home games and Astros Home games were on Fox Sports Net. My question is what happen to Fox. It used to be a good sports channel. I remember watching Fox Sports News at 6pm and nightly at 10pm, The Last Word at 11pm. Now they changed it completely. There is a Southwest sports report. with the Best Damn Sports Show period. with beyond glory and surfing shows (12564...something like that) as well as fishing and hunting, golf,

I was never a big fan of their programming but it was the best compettition ESPN could get. I remember even some Anchors from ESPN moved to Fox like Keith Olberman and Chris Myers. I even remember fans from cities competing in a sports knowledge shows.

Kevin Frazier moved to ESPN after I thought was one of the best anchors in fox along with Van Earl Wright. I wonder what happen to all their anchors from the Fox Sports News Primetime. I know Jeanne Zelasko does MLB for fox. and wasnt Fox Sports Net called Home Sports Network or something. ESPN still rocks but wondering what happen to FOX.

Max Kellerman has moved from ESPN to Fox Sports, for his own 30 minute show.

I never realized how good Kellerman was on "ATH" until Riali took over for him.

LAst season teh Rockets cut a deal exclusively with KNWS. All games that are not national broadcasts are on 51. The Astros show some games on 51 and others on FSSW. I am not sure what the current split is. In the past it has been road games on one and home games on the other. FSSW was originally called Home Sports Entertainment or HSE.

Those are some good looking paragraphs, buddy... :D

Seriously, I like watching the 'wrapup' show at 10. It's like a Texas version of Sportscenter. Very well done except for that guy with the massive head of hair.

We're very lucky to be able to see home Rocket and Astro games on TV at all. I know many other cities have all home games on a PPV basis.

I hope we never come to that.

Yup, from now on, you need to enclose in your title "with paragraphs".:D

Bwhahaha - I was wondering when someone was going to reference that. Hopefully, Dnj hasn't been looking at people's journals or whatever it was that he was doing!:D ;)

She also covers (or at least last year covered) NASCAR events too.

Kellerman is among my very favorite sports commentators. part of that is because of his love for boxing....which i share...but i just like the guy.

I was wondering what happened to Max on that show. Statboy sucks big time. He can't even award points correctly. This show has really gone down fast. What happened to the disembodied voice?

I am looking forward to getting a slice of the New Rockets and Astros Broadcasting network. Man, that is going to be one SWEET channel!

That is a huge mystery to me as well. I've been trying to do some research to find out why he is no longer on the show, but I've come up empty.

That's ridiculous. It's not like many people watch NBA games in the first place with the dumbass cable deal.

I like Kellerman as well. He's hip hop. He even has some track where he raps about boxing. Big Wu Tang fan...

He just cracks me up when he gets all excited talking about some fight. Guy just loves boxing. One of the few TV guys I like.

My favorite sports show on tv is The Best Damn Sports Show Period, its mixes comedy and sports. Around the Horn has gotten worse since Kellerman has left, ESPN should have paid him
