You most likely live off of mainstream news. A lot of big scholars (the good and legit ones, which is most of them) are always calling for an end to the discriminating ways of the terrorists. But these so called scholars don't listen. What should we do? Use violence against them? Well, that just goes against the very principles we are living off of (the good Muslims).
We do. Just like we use peaceful and correct methods to try and get Israel to stop it's massacres against Palestine, we also use those same methods to get the people who, unfortunately, represent our side to stop using violence. Too bad the media only shows our bad side almost all the time. Delve deeper into the news about the peaceful Muslims and you will be surprised at how non-violent we actually are, like we're supposed to do according to Islam.
Ever read the Quran? I suspect a majority of Muslims don't know or follow the details of the Quran, same as most "Christians" and the Bible. I don't see much peace seeking in the Quran.

Yes, I have. In fact, I read it everyday. Also, about 75% of the people I know have the Quran memorized. So, I can say, for myself at least, that I do know and follow details of the Quran. Obviously, not every single detail. And I can not speak in terms of the majority/minority of Muslims when it comes to this. But I can say that in almost all of the Islamic gatherings there is some mention of these situations (terrorist organizations justifying reasons for their wrong ways) and what we as Muslims should and shouldn't do. So, even if people are not seeking peace in the Quran or other things about Islam, they are pretty aware of what's right and wrong when it comes to violence and peace.
I'm gonna go out on a limb and suggest that in the hottest continent on earth, in a bush fire area, with high winds and temperatures reaching over 40 degrees on a regular basis throughout a summer, you are probably gonna get bushfires as we have done in Australia since....well, forever!

Take it from someone who knows quite a bit about the different religious texts, and I can guarantee you that none of them have "burn their forests down" as part of their teachings. That is not even violence in the normal sense. It sounds more like military strategies of scorch earth that were adopted and used by secular military institutions. Seems like some of you here are extremists in your own rights. Threatening massive retribution against an entire ethnic group for isolated *hypothetical* criminal acts is beyond radical and stupid.
