I got a new credit card in the mail and I called the 800 number to activate it. I had to speak to customer service (weird cause I've never had to do that before). The guy had a thick Indian accent. I had to say excuse me and ask him to repeat himself cause he spoke fast. I wanted to crack up laughing. I know it was an international call center cause of the lag and noise. Good day sir thank you for activating your Citibank card hahaha My stomach hurts.
Have you never called customer service for anything before? Indian folks have been manning customer service for a long time now.
