Well, they don't have a menu ..its pretty much an all you can eat fee (includes meat and salad bar) ..drinks are separate Last time I went, which was over a year ago, I think it was $35 or $45 a person
pradaxpimp, every time I see your quote of Bobby Simmons I laugh out loud! On the subject of Fogo de Chao, been to the one in Sao Paulo. Awesome. I've heard good things about the one in Houston.
I've seen those and wondered if they were any good... I also saw one in Ft. Worth. I'll have to try it now... perhaps on Valentine's Day?? btw- Ever try "The Melting Pot?" It's a fondue joint in Addison... good stuff! About $90 for two, but great for special occasions.
I'll be hitting this place on my next trip home in April. Whoever said it's kinda pricey for a buffet, man, it's worth every penny if it's anything like Green Fields in DC. Seriously.
I prefer chicken so I thought going there would be a big waste for me. But my bf lost a bet (UT beat OSU) and took me there a few months ago and I fell in love with this place! All their beef is excellent!! I think the meat quality and flavor are superb. It is a bit pricey, I think ~$50 pp, plus we had a bottle of wine. But it is so worth it! You get a lot of variety so where you could go to a fancy steak restaurant and get a filet mignon for $25, here, you get 15 different types of beef (multiple cuts), sausage, pot roast, pork wrapped in bacon, chicken or lamb for double the price. Also, I was thoroughly surprised by the service. It is impeccable and it's such a sight to see the employees doing teamwork to have the nicest, most efficient and happiest service I've ever seen anywhere. Definitely go hungry though, that is a key! You are really paying for the great meats and excellent service when you go. It's an experience if you've never been. I've been twice since I won a bet and enjoy it every time. They should pay me for this free advertisement.
there's a melting pot right down westheimer from fogo de chao. never been in there but I have thought about it. didn't really fondue was so expensive. crazy 70's.
This place rocks...Come with an empty stomach and wear your special pants... It's expensive, but all you can eat...I get my money's worth...
