That's why letters make more sense than videoclips. a videoclip keeps the same content whether it comes from a team or a fan. Letters would be personal and unique. I the the complaining needs to come from teams, there's too many fans that aren't bothered by flopping and too many fiarweather fans that will spend their money regardless. The league is too large for a few fans to cause a stir. Teams and players themselves need to take action, drastic action.
