Well first and foremost, glad you are ok and not in serious injuries. Secondly, as long as you talked to your insurance company and provided them the information of the other person, including their insurance information, you will be fine. You are not at fault so you shouldn't pay anything out of your pocket. You paid your auto insurance premium for this kind of stuff, they are professionals and they'll take care of it. I'd hold off on the lawyer talk until some weird thing happens.
