i did a 4 team trade with sac,hou,den and memphis, based on what teams want. nuggets get artest (denver is wanting him) kings get casey jacobson,jr smith and kyle lowry (all expiring contracts,they free up money to lock up martin like they want to) grizzlies get kirk snyder,mike james and najera(2 expiring contracts,can buyout james) rockets get mike miller.....(we stock up to play against other western teams) trade works in the trade machine
Grizzlies won't take on Mike James; we'll have to switch him out for Bonzi and francis and possibly a pick!
I am totally with you. I couldn't stand him. I don't care about the whole good guy, coachability thing or that he was at the tailend of his career. Wesley was the definition of a "scrub".
Snyder + 2nd to Kings for PG Anthony Johnson Mike James to Bucks for C Dan Gadzuric Rockets get a veteran PG for the stretch run and playoffs just in case Brooks hits a wall. AJ is a solid PG who would run the team on the court. Rockets take on one more year of contract with Gadzuric but they get insurance in the front court with legit size just in case of injury or foul trouble. He can try to earn the main backup minutes behind Yao once Deke retires and he is still under 30 yrs old. Nothing flashy, but IMO solid moves to add some depth going into the playoffs.
NBA tv just reported the rockets want Artest, but the kings want Brooks included in the trade. It seems the rockets didn't decide it yet. Anyone else watched it?
