    Fellow Clutchfans,

Please take a few minutes to check out my new website http://www.printology.com/ and please provide any imput.

My business partner and I have spent lots of time and resources getting this up and running and any suggestions would be appreciated.

I went ahead and posted a discount in the classified section of this site for anyone here to not only get a first time discount but a reoccurring order discount for life as a thank you since I don't want to be on here self promoting without a benefit to the board.

    Clutch,

anything ever needed for clutchfans will be done at cost plus shipping.

Thank You in advance for any comments.

Personally, I avoid using sites that use generic stock photography because I associate it with being cheap and unprofessional. Overall the design is outdated by about 10 years.

Considering it's a printing business what would you do to Jazz it up? It is a boring but necessary business.

I appreciate it, after years of chasing whales and struggling I decided to just put my head down and focus on one thing. I have seen others on here ask for and get feedback and with such a diverse board I know I can get help.

You should never settle for a generic/boring website, regardless of what business you're running. Personally, I would give the whole site a face lift, but I realize that's probably out of the question.

I would suggest getting higher quality stock photography throughout. I also noticed that the text next to the logo looks out of place, like it was tacked on after the fact. Doesn't help that it's the only text on the site that is in a serif font.

You must do this for a living or at least for fun since you are noticing small stuff. I appreciate it and might get my guy to give me some options and if you dont mind I will email you through the board.

 ^ Yes, that's the first thing that came to my mind: "Why are they using Times New Roman only in this place?"

Also, there's a lot of wasted space between the logo and the small black "account login" area. It seems your logo could be larger, or there could be some faded background there, I'm not sure but, aesthetically, it somewhat looks boring.

Lastly, there's no "highlight" color that visually attracts the eye to make someone think: "OK, everywhere I see RED, or BLUE, or GREEN, there's a link." You know? It's like I have to move my mouse around to see if I can click a menu, or see a link to take me to a specific place... but then again, I'm not your audience, I don't think.

For example: your links on the bulleted lists are black, while PLAIN text is black. Nothing makes me think I can click those items on the bulleted lists unless I put my mouse pointer over them.

It has plenty of "meat", though (that's what SHE said) to make it work. Good job on that.

One thing that might help the critique is we are about to blast out a direct mailer plus we already have a bunch of clients and the websites main purpose is to be user friendly for clients and prospective clients but I agree the website does not pop out at you
