I can't believe I wasn't able to hijack this thread with the Nicole Vaidisova pics...

She did have a nice run to the semis though.

    ;)

To be honest she's got a pretty nice body but her face is just a tad off. Maybe a bit masculine? Of course I'm grading on the hollywood scale. In Reality if I saw her in the clubs all dolled up, I'll be home playing with the big bucking chicken. :p

Her manager is a dutch guy from my town(who used to play tennis at my club), not that that is interesting for you all to know :D

There is a slight chance I may root for Nadal if he gets to the finals of Wimby or US Open, even if his opponent is Federer. One man's total dominance doesn't bode very well for the sports if you ask me. However, it is almost a universal truth that the Spaniards can't win majors outside of dirt. Pathetic.

What are you talking about? The men's final is to be played tomorrow.

Lol, I flipped it over to NBC and they were showing highlights of Fed from last year [he isn't even playing Nadal in that match].

    Duh.

It was probably feder vs nalbandian. Federer in the 1st set was way off and nalbandian was hitting well and won the 1st set. Federer came back and won the 2nd and 3rd but Nalbandian retired with some sort of stomach ailment.

Exactly. The women's final finished quickly so they replayed parts of the men's final from last year. Right as I flipped it over Mac was commenting on Fed being down a set and a break ~ so yeah I was little more lost than normal on that one. :D

I had a match this morning but I was hoping to catch that match but looked like it was pretty much routine for JHH. I'm sure it wasn't pleasant on the eyes though. Kuznetsova and JHH aren't kind to people's vision.

I hope Federer does a bit of soul searching before the final. If he comes out as flat and listless as he did against Nalbandian, Nadal will absolutely destroy him.

Henin has the sweetest, sweetest backhand in the WTA.

Right on. Her laser backhand is just magical.

John McEnroe has called JHH's one-handed top spin backhand the best and the prettiest backhand by any player in the world, female or male.

I'd say pound for pound, it's probably the best ever.

I say Federer finally does what so many of the best(Borg) couldn't.He catches up with Nadal on clay to win the French.

Strange statement from Dr.Strangelove. Borg won 6 consecutive French titles.

...too much something, anyway,Federer is very Borglike. When so many of the best have faltered on the clay of Roland Garros,he will come through...la machine.
