    It’s okay the market is really good at regulating these types of things. If some new problem arises that starts killing people, we’ll just stop buying that product!

    They all serve at the behest of the president. Many of these agencies aren't outlined by the constitution, so it's not like it's POTUS overreaching.

    If that sucks, rewrite the law.

    Potus gets stronger and no one wants to roll it back.
