Manny - These guys won't affect the current cap for this year, so you are still at about 11 million over VJ - They both have 3 bird years after this year. They can't be negotiated with though in resignings. You must either accept or decline their offers.
Sounds good, normally city changes are too confusing and not allowed...but in the case of getting a franchise out of Utah, it sounds great! Plus Mexico is close enough to be in the same division still with Houston, Dallas, San Antonio etc. The Jazz will be relocated asap.

Yep, I was confused at the beginning there when first working with the website since most of it was already there. So the only way I could figure it out was to make it from scratch , so the new website is currently being built and will be finished before too long.
