My friend who works in the Tampa Bay org. just shot me a txt..... presser in a hour. if he's wrong I'll kill him.....he said it's good.
From what I'm hearing he's considering talking to the Buccaneers about a possible trade. I'm watching the live press conference on ESPN News right now.
Man, I was rooting for Farve for his whole career and wanted him to come back, but he dragged this crap so far out, I seriously just want him to just go away. I'm tired of hearing Farve every 2 seconds on any sports channel.
You better be right I just reported this on the Falcons message board. 1 of the Buc fans don't want him.
Wouldn't be shocked, Gruden loves qb's, They had 9 qb's on the roster at one point this off-season. I still don't think they will win the NFC South though. I think the Saints are the better team even if they do trade for Brett.
i keep trying to pull info......is it for draft picks? players? etc...... all he said is, you'll see. he did say that favre cannot be re traded (i e to the vikings/bears) and that he chose TB because it is closest to miss. i called this guys bluff only one other time in my life. i turned over a full house to his royal flush.
I'm listening to the Tampa stations right now. Sounds like your friend got you pretty badly. http://www.620wdae.com http://www.sportsradio1470.com/

I can't stand this story anymore. I can't watch ESPN or ESPNEWS because all they talk about now is Favre. The terrible thing is that it's not going to end soon. If/when Favre gets traded suddenly ESPN will flock to Tampa Bay and do 3 hour specials on Favre in Tampa until the season starts, of course, every thing Favre does on the field will be shown probably at the start of every telecast. If he doesn't get traded, they will stay at Green Bay and every time a Packers game comes on they will show Favre more than the actual game. They won't even talk about the game on TV they will just talk about Favre.
