Tomorrow is Thursday-- Thai lunch day with friends. I pretty much like it all. Our restaurant serves a Steamed Lime Salmon which is awfully good. I like any of the curries as well. Only 14 1/2 hours to go!
Tom kha Gai How much do I like it? I have a Kaffir lime tree growing on my front porch. I'm also pretty fond of anything with Thai basil.
Most of the soups are excellent, Tom Gai(sp?), and different from western fare. I like Larb Gai the most. Then there's the thing that's so popular it's now on non-Thai menus, Pad Thai.
