How about when they open the door to the "Supplies" closet and the asian karate guy jumps out and yells, "Supliiiiise!!!!"
How about when the used car says "tell ya what I'm gonna do, folks! If nobody comes down and gets a car from me in the next hour, I'm gonna club this baby seal!" (baby seal starts nodding)

Big Lebowski - The Dude is driving his car, smoking a J, drinking a beer, listening to CCR, and then crashes headfirst into a dumpster. Office Space - Killing the Fax Machine Dumb and Dumber - The Orange and Blue Suits at the Gala Out Cold - Spinning the car in the snow with the drunk passed out bearded guy in the drivers seat
2 Scenes from Conan The Barbarian: When Conan is caught and has to face Thulsa Doom where he explains the riddle of steel and reluctantly offers him up to the "Tree of Woe" to be crucified. James Earl Jones is incredible in his dramatic delivery, I can watch that movie just to hear him recite. The attack sequence in the orgy chamber where you see Arnold looking like Satans favorite minion--awesome. Last of The Mohicans: The final sequence from the time that Daniel Day Lewis mercy shoots the burning British Soldier to you see Magua's bloodied face fall on the cliffside with a wet thump....that whole secene is high drama and action Caddyshack: "...The Dali Lama himself, 12th son of The Lama, the flowing robes, the grace....bald, striking.."

A couple more that come to mind: The entire basic training sequence (the first hour) of "Full Metal Jacket" - so many great lines from that one. 2 scenes from Goodfellas: 1) When Jimmy is told about Tommy's death and 2) this one: Henry Hill: You're a pistol, you're really funny. You're really funny. Tommy DeVito: What do you mean I'm funny? Henry Hill: It's funny, you know. It's a good story, it's funny, you're a funny guy. [laughs] Tommy DeVito: what do you mean, you mean the way I talk? What? Henry Hill: It's just, you know. You're just funny, it's... funny, the way you tell the story and everything.
