    There's been threads of this years back. They'll probably show up in the Similar Threads section.

    Probably my favorite one here. I never even TRIED to sing the correct words even AFTER knowing what they right words are

    (Mr Mister - Kyrie)
    Right lyrics:
    Kyrie eleison, down the road that I must travel;
    Kyrie eleison, through the darkness of the night
    ( Kyrie eleison = greek for "Lord, have mercy")

    Better:
    CARRY A LASER down the road that must travel
    CARRY A LASER through the darkness of the night

    Everything about the song from the first note and first verse indicates its better with lasers, as are most things

    I still sing 30 thieves and the thunder chief with ACDC's "Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap". It's a better song with my lyrics. Also maybe it's just a coincidence but do you listen to Charlie Hodge?

    I can understand why you would think this but the title of the song is "Kyrie", lol.

    A couple come to mind, most notably Van Halen's "Jump" - is DLR saying my back against the wrecking machine or record machine?? Another is Manfred Mann's version of Bruce Springsteen's "Blinded by the Light" where it sounds like he is saying "wrapped up like a douche" instead of "revved up like a deuce".

    And good luck to anyone who tries to decipher what Ed Vedder is singing in "Even Flow".

    Okay its not about that....

    Yeah that or "Yellow Ledbetter".

    I thought we all understood the part where he sings
    "I don't UNDERSTAND".

    But little did we "understand" he was NOT saying "I don't UNDERSTAND" but he was saying
    "I don't WANT to STAY"
